Hebei
Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd is a big specialized foundry
in China dedicated to both casting and machining,
has obtained quality certification of ISO9001_2000
and CE certification by DNV. And in 2006 a new factory
of Hebei Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd ( Botou Hong
Chang Machinery Co.,Ltd) was established in Botou
Industrial Development Zone and now has been put
into full operation.
In French ,Two Cast Europe,the
newly established branch of Hebei Hongye Machinery
Co.,Ltd in 2007 after our successful taking over
of French foundry,Grifs, can supply customers with
sophisticated products of high technology, short
leading time, and facilitate customers with professional
services, while Hebei Hongey Machinery Co.,Ltd will
further improve its casting quality of her factory
in China under on spot technical support of French
foundry experts.
In our company there are
investment casting lines and sand casting lines(resin
sand and regular sand) and a complete set of test
equipments including advanced spectrometer, chemical
and mechanical test equipments and microscopic test
instruments, etc. We can organize production with
different standards such as Chinese standard GB,
American standards ASTM and AISI, German standard
DIN, Japanese standard JIS, Britain standard BS,
etc. And our products characterized with high strength,
good surface quality, novel design covering materials
of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, grey
iron and ductile iron, etc, have applications as
wide as both mechanical manufacture industry and
mechanical machining industry can reach, mainly
can be found in industries of engineering machinery,
petroleum, marine, rail way, automobile and motorcycle,
pump and valve, hardware, construction, etc, and
are exported most to Europe, America, and Japan,
etc.
